➼ Introduction to After Effects
Adobe After Effects is a 2.5D animation software used for creating animations, visual effects, and motion graphics, mainly used in the video post-production phase. Usually this software is for manipulating imagery, like combining videos and image layers into a single scene.

➼ Compositing Layers
Compositing layers are usually done and arranged in Photoshop first before transferring into After Effects, as the elements such as images, video, vector and more could be imported as layers.

We experimented on the transform feature, using rotation, scales, and position. We also utilized the keys feature to set timeframes and make looping animation.
II. TUTORIAL
In this week, we were tasked to follow a tutorial about introduction into Adobe After Effects. This is to familiarize ourselves with the software as we're going to do a final animated task of the semester using After Effects.

III. PRACTICAL
➼ Tutorial Application
Firstly, we were told to make seperate folders so everything won't be so scattered. Then I set the duration based on the tutorial, and enabled the 'keys' option.

IV. REFLECTIONS
The tutorial was quite easy to follow, so it wasn't much of a hassle. However, if I dove deeper about using the tools in After Effects, I realized it is much more complex. But that's okay! Since after completing this task, it already gave us a good starting point and a solid foundation in the software, so I'll learn it step by step and gradually improve my skills, as everything takes time to learn.
At least now aside Photoshop, which is something that we are already familiar with, we could also experiment with After Effects, a tool which is very important for our advanced projects later on. With these 2 tools combined, we could definitely create a more professional design and suitable for the industry in the future.
